1. Is your handwriting easy to read for other people?
Actually I tend to write in a very cursive way, so it’s pretty hard for people to tell what I’ve written and that’s why I usually prefer sending messages via text or email instead, because it’s a lot easier for others to read.
我平时写字比较潦草，总的来说就是读者不友好，大家好才是真的好，所以我还是发短信发邮件比较多。 2. Can you tell someone’s personality from their handwriting?
Sure we can. I think it’s quite easy for people to see what a person is like from the things that they have written down on a piece of paper, because if everything that they write is pretty neat and tidy then they tend to be careful people, they do things in a careful way.
Whereas if they write everything super fast, if it’s extremely difficult to see, to tell what they’re writing. Then they must be some kind of people who don’t care about rules or conventions.
3. Do you often write with a pen?
These days I don’t write with a pen that much, because everything is on my phone or my computer.
Although if I want to leave my housemates or my family a message, I’ll write a written note and leave it on the kitchen table or on the fridge.
4. What’s the difference between writing with a pen and typing on a computer?
I suppose typing on a computer is the fastest and easiest way to write a message, because with a pen and paper, if you make a mistake or change your mind, it’s very difficult to go back and edit it.
Although I do think handwriting is more meaningful and therapeutic, I prefer to type messages on a computer.
